Regalia and Commemorative Items
Caps and Gowns (Regalia)
To take part in commencement, graduates are required to wear appropriate graduation attire consisting of the official Biola University gown and tasseled cap. To maintain the celebratory nature of commencement, gowns and sashes (and stoles) cannot be altered or decorated.
The online ordering for Jostens has closed. If you need to purchase your regalia, please visit the Biola Store starting April 23, 2026.
Fall Graduates: Only 2026 sashes are available for purchase at the Biola Store, while supplies lasts.
Spring Graduates: he deadline for your online order was on March 3. If you pre-ordered your reglaia and had it shipped to the Biola Store, it will be available starting Wednesday, April 22 at the Grad Fair or at the Biola Store beginning April 23. Payments will be due at pickup.

Biola Store Hours are Monday-Thursday 8:30 a.m.–6 p.m., Friday 8:30 a.m.–5 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m.–2 p.m.

Sash/Stoles
- Sash/Stoles are highly encouraged and may NOT be customized and must be the official Biola University design.
- Special stoles may be given by honor programs, honor societies, and affinity groups. These special stoles are not available for purchase and are given by individual departments and programs.
- Stoles not sold or given by Biola University are not allowed to be worn.
- Stoles can only be ordered through Jostens using the "Order Regalia" link above. The Biola store will not have stoles available for purchase.
Honor Cords
Honor cords are given by honor programs, honor societies, and affinity groups in acknowledgment of academic achievement or distinctions. These are not available for purchase and graduates qualifying for these will be contacted individually by the relevant department. Cords not given by Biola University are not allowed to be worn.

Commencement Invitations
You can purchase general Biola University commencement invitations through the Biola Store. Personalized invitations from Jostens must be purchased in advance and take 2–3 weeks.
You may order these invitations online anytime through Jostens.
Flowers & Commencement T-Shirts – 2026 Commencement
Interested in purchasing flower bouquets, leis or a t-shirt? Save time by placing a pre-order with The Commencement Group and enjoy a convenient pick up on commencement day! Orchid leis and bouquets for graduates will also be available for purchase on campus. Graduates are encouraged to wear their leis on stage and in pictures.
Commencement Day Photos
Individual photos of each graduate will be taken by GradImages. Photographs will be available online for viewing and ordering as soon as possible. There is no obligation to purchase, and free photo proofs will be sent in as little as 72 hours after your event.

Ceremony Recordings
Biola's professional film crew will capture video of the graduation ceremonies. Each graduate will be featured up-close as they receive their diploma and walk the stage. The recording can be viewed on . A livestream link will be posted on the main Commencement page on the day of the ceremony.
